ExecuSearch360 is conducting a retained search for a Director of Supply Chain on behalf a leading manufacturing organization headquartered in Greenville-Spartanburg corridor. This is a high-visibility leadership role overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations across procurement, logistics, demand planning, and supplier management for a multi-site operation.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy across procurement, inventory, logistics, and demand planning
Drive cost reduction initiatives through supplier negotiation, sourcing optimization, and process improvement
Oversee S&OP processes and align cross-functional teams on inventory targets and service levels
Build and develop high-performing supply chain teams across multiple facilities
Partner with operations, finance, and commercial teams to support growth and margin goals
Lead supplier relationship management and risk mitigation strategies
Requirements
10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments
Demonstrated success managing multi-site supply chain operations at scale
Strong track record of cost savings, supplier negotiations, and operational transformation
Experience with S&OP, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies
Proficiency with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar); strong data and analytics acumen
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field required; MBA or APICS certification (CPIM/CSCP) preferred
Based in or willing to relocate to the Greenville-Spartanburg, SC area
