Justin Cooper founded ExecuSearch360 after 10 years in supply chain management. Having spent time on both sides of the hiring equation, he understood firsthand what companies were getting wrong when filling leadership roles. Today, Justin leads all search engagements at ExecuSearch360, specializing in Supply Chain leadership placements for growth-stage companies, PE-backed organizations, and mid-market manufacturers.
